You Need to Update Your Web Browser

Our automated system checkout process has determined that you do not have the necessary version of a web browser installed. In order to view videos or listen to streaming audio files, you will need to download and install a web browser. There are two steps to getting your system set for streaming media, download and installation.

You can use either Microsoft's Internet Explorer or the Netscape Navigator. You do not need to install both of these web browsers. Please download the appropriate version for your computer and then follow the installation instructions on the download website.

In order to ensure that you get the latest version, we point you to the Microsoft or Netscape web site to download the player. After the download is complete, you will need to use the Windows Explorer to find the downloaded file and doubleclick on it to start the installation. During the installation, there will be several choices that need to be made. We have determined that the default choices provided work well for most people.

To make it easier to find the download file, we suggest you download it to the Desktop or into a special download directory
