Having trouble accessing our checkout procedure?


Our checkout procedure requires that you set your Internet security setting to medium within your browser specifications. If changing your security setting is against your company policy, you can set Netbriefings up as a trusted site. To do this, follow the below instructions.

To set your Security Setting to Medium:

  1. In the Internet Explorer browser, click the Tools pull down menu.
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Click on the Internet graphic icon.
  5. Click on the Default Level button at the bottom of the page. This should move your security level to medium.
  6. Click on the Apply button.
  7. Click the OK button
  8. Close all browser windows and run the checkout procedure again.

To set up Netbriefings as a Trusted Site:

  1. In the Internet Explorer browser, click the Tools pull down menu.
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Click on the Trusted Sites graphic icon.
  5. At the bottom of this page, move the security setting for this zone to medium or lower. You can do this manually or click on the Default Level button at the bottom of the page.
  6. On this same page, click on the "Sites" button in the "Add this Web site to the zone" field
  7. Type in *.netbriefings.com and click the Add button.
  8. It will move it into the Trusted websites field. Highlight *.netbriefings.com in the field and make sure the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" box is unchecked.
  9. Click the OK button
  10. Click the OK button
  11. Close all browser windows and run the checkout procedure again.
