1. How do I know if I'm connected to the Internet Conference?
For RealPlayer: When you type in your User Name and Password and press enter, you
will see a "buffering" message in the video window
OR
For Windows Media Player: You will see an animated
flying window.
Once you're connected to the broadcast, a slide may appear letting you know
the event is beginning. For a Live Presentation you may see an "idle loop" in the video window
until the presentation starts. If background music is provided, you will hear it
playing. For an Archived Presentation, your presentation will
start right away.

nothing is happening. Why?

before this event?
- Did you install the proper video player?
- Can you go to other Web sites and play streaming media?
-
If there's a server problem, you may see a "cannot log in" message.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
If you are still unable to connect to the Web Conference,

4. What should I do if I'm disconnected from
the Internet Conference?
If you disconnect by closing the browser window, restart your
browser and enter the broadcast URL. Then log in to the broadcast
again. If you're accidentally disconnected (for example, the ISP
dropped the connection or online traffic disrupts the connection), or the
window loses focus before the broadcast ends, or an error message
appears, and you can refresh your browser to reconnect.
