2. Why can't I hear the audio?

Make sure there's a video player on the upper left hand corner of the page. When the presentation web page is open, it identifies the player you're using. Check the volume controls on your computer and your speakers, and turn the volume up as needed. Make sure your speakers have not been muted. Hint: Click the Speaker icon by the video window, as well as the one at the bottom of the browser window. You can also try clicking the Play button on the player. If all else fails, contact customer support.

3. Why can't I see the video?

If you have not downloaded and installed a video player, you won't receive a video stream. If you know that a video player has been installed, shut down and restart your browser. If you are still having difficulties, contact customer support.

4. Why are the audio and images out of synch?

The media type and traffic on your network can cause variations in the arrival time of the content and media stream from your server, as well as the media stream. As your network connection gets better, your synchronization gets better.

5. Why is the sound cutting out (or getting choppy)?

Bandwidth limitation on slower modem connection, Internet congestion, traffic on your network, or problems on the broadcaster's end can all cause the sound to come in and out. Be patient or try to log in again.
