Our Customer Support Team is dedicated to insuring your webinar experience is clear and effective. We have developed the Netbriefings Customer Support website for that purpose. It is designed to help you properly prepare your computer to receive one of our webinars.
First of all, let's figure out how you are going to access the event. Netbriefings webinars fall into one of two categories:
- You receive audio or audio and video to your computer desktop.
- You receive the event audio via telephone and the visual portion is displayed on your computer.
(Some webinars will offer attendees more then one way to access the event.)
You should have received a URL (web address) to attend the event either directly via email or as a link on a website. (If the link sends you to a registration page, you will receive a link to attend the actual event by email after you register.) This URL will have icons on it that represents the methods you can use to access the event. Please review this URL to determine which access methods are available to you.
