1. Description
There are two parts to the PowerPoint Add-In.
The first, TransmitSlides.PPA, is used to transmit PowerPoint slides one at a time during an event that includes a PowerPoint SlideShow to the Netbriefings server and from there out to the viewer. These slides are sent to remote web-based viewers one at a time during a PowerPoint presentation, at the same time as they are presented to the local audience. The uploaded slides are integrated into the audio and video streams, or are made available to be pulled from the server by teleconference participants.
The second part is a COM Add-In used to scale, convert and transmit PowerPoint slides in a batch from the PowerPoint application. The converted presentation can either be sent immediately to a Netbriefings server for inclusion in a Web based presentation, or the batch can be saved on local disk.
Both types of slide processing are controlled by a Presenter Access Code. This code is used to authenticate the slides and to ensure they are associated with the correct presentation.
