Dzugan brings to Internet marketing more than 30 years of experience in the fields of manufacturing, software development, computer hardware marketing and sales, computer software consulting, property management, education and hospitality management. Her varied background enables her to quickly grasp the management goals of companies, and then define ways for them to integrate the use of the Internet into their marketing communications functions.

By 1995, Dzugan decided she was ready to apply her marketing experience, creativity and analytical skills to become an online marketing expert and formed what is now Rapport Online, Inc. Today, as President and "Chief Marketing Guru" of Rapport Online, she provides online marketing planning and implementation for medium-sized companies and major corporations.
