Luverne's New Webcasting Services Company Opens its Doors November 8th

St. Paul, Minnesota - November 02, 2001 - Netbriefings, a full-service webcast technology provider that specializes in secure and large-audience Internet broadcasts, will officially open their Luverne office on Thursday, November 8th. The celebration begins after the closings with Southwestern Minnesota Foundation and the Luverne Economic Development Authority, with a 5:30 P.M. Grand Opening at 211 East Main, open to the public.

The St. Paul based business will be the first new business to benefit from the border city legislation, which helps compensate Luverne businesses for lower tax rates in bordering states. Additional support comes from The Luverne EDA, offering a low interest rate to the company, and the Southwestern Minnesota Foundation.

The business has hired a Branch Manager and Marketing Specialist from Luverne for the new office and expects to have a minimum of five employees by the end of the first year.
